1. General All artwork, prints, and digital products are sold by GrantCampbellArt. These terms govern all purchases made through grantcampbellart.com.

2. Products All prints are produced to order. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing processes.

3. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers.

4. Shipping Orders are dispatched according to the shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please refer to the Refund Policy for full details.

6. Commissions Custom artwork commissions are non‑refundable once work has begun.

7. Intellectual Property All artwork is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any artwork without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability GrantCampbellArt is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by third‑party couriers.
