Processing Time

All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Fulfilment & Shipping

All prints are produced and shipped by The Print Space (CreativeHub). Shipping times and delivery methods follow The Print Space’s shipping policies, which may vary depending on destination and courier availability.

 

Processing Time for Original Paintings

Original paintings are unique, hand‑painted artworks. Please allow 3–7 business days for preparation before dispatch. This includes varnishing (if applicable), drying time, safe packaging, and arranging insured courier delivery.

Original artworks are shipped directly by me, not by The Print Space.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Packaging All prints are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Larger prints may be shipped rolled in sturdy tubes.

Customs & Import Fees International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me at grantcampbellart502@gmail.com and I will assist you.

Damaged Items If your print arrives damaged, please email photos within 14 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged according to the Refund Policy.
