Because these items are custom-manufactured to your specific size and paper choices, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages & Defects
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged in transit or features a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at grant.campbell@grantcampbellart.com with a clear photograph of the issue. We will arrange a brand-new, complimentary replacement copy to be shipped out to you immediately.

Returns for Original Canvas Paintings
We want you to absolutely love your original artwork. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee exclusively for our original oil canvas paintings.
Notification: You must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an original painting.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for arranging tracked, fully insured return transit. The artwork must be repackaged securely in its original protective layers.
Refund Issuance: Once the painting arrives safely back at our studio in its pristine, original condition, a full refund (minus our original outbound shipping costs) will be issued straight to your original payment method within 5 working days.
