Refund policy

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will replace the item or offer a refund.

Because all prints are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind.

Custom commissions and personalised artwork are non‑refundable.

If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered if the item is faulty; otherwise, the customer is responsible.
